1. General

By participating in the competition, you agree to these conditions of participation. Organiser of the competition is: StreamView GmbH. The competition will take place between 6.9.2024 - 10.9.2024. The closing date for entries is 10 September 2024 (midnight). Participation is free of charge and only possible once per person. The winner will then be drawn. The prize draw will be organised by StreamView GmbH.

The prize is a THOMSON OLED TV 77’ worth approx. 3,490 euros.

Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. The participant is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

Employees of the organiser, the cooperation partner, the sponsor or persons entrusted with the implementation of the competition and their relatives and partners are excluded from participation. Persons who provide false personal details, use unfair means or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation are also excluded. The use of multiple e-mail addresses to increase the chances of winning is not permitted. In the event of a breach of the conditions of participation, the organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition and not to pay out or subsequently disallow and reclaim prizes.

The winner will be drawn by lot and notified by e-mail or telephone after the end of the competition. The prizes will always be sent by post by the organiser or prize sponsor or a third party commissioned by them (post office, shipping company or parcel service) to the address provided by the participant. The winner shall bear any additional transport costs, customs duties and taxes. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration shall pass to the winner when the prize is handed over to the post office, forwarding agent or parcel service.

If the prize is not distributed directly as part of the competition or if this is not otherwise regulated in the respective conditions of participation, the winner is obliged to contact the organiser within 14 (in words: fourteen) days of being notified of the prize. Otherwise the claim to the prize will be forfeited. In this case, another participant will win. A new winner will be announced if the winner does not contact StreamView GmbH within the reporting period after notification of their prize. A cash payment of the prize or a prize replacement is not possible. The claim to the prize cannot be assigned.

2. Other

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice for the following reasons. The organiser will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper running of the competition cannot be guaranteed. In such a case, the participants are not entitled to any claims against the organiser. If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, the organiser may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
