StreamView GmbH, located at Franz-Josef-Kai 1, 1010 Vienna, Austria (hereinafter referred to as "StreamView"),
offers a 36-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date
of purchase of a new TV or streaming device under the THOMSON brand. This warranty is applicable to
consumers aged 18 and above who have legally acquired the device in EU countries, Switzerland and Norway on
or after January 1st, 2024, from an authorized specialist retailer, either in-store or online, or directly from
StreamView.
Should the purchased devices exhibit material defects related to manufacturing and/or workmanship, as well as
technical defects during the 36-month warranty period from the date of purchase, StreamView will, at its
discretion, either repair or replace the device. Furthermore, we assure you that you will retain the legal reversal
of the burden of proof for the entire 36-month period. Unless national legislation on guarantees specifies
otherwise, the buyer's claims under this warranty are limited exclusively to the provisions mentioned herein.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
1. The warranty outlined in these terms and conditions is exclusively applicable to TV sets and streaming
devices introduced to the market by StreamView. It is valid for products purchased in EU countries,

The serial number on the device must remain undamaged and legible. Additionally, no security seals
should be tampered with prior to the initial service.
5. StreamView retains the discretion to fulfil the warranty either by repairing or replacing the device or defective component, with no further claims permitted. Original parts replaced during the service become StreamView's property, while the new or replacement parts become the property of the customer.
6. Warranty repairs are exclusively conducted by authorized StreamView service partners. Any repairs or
servicing undertaken by non-authorized service partners of StreamView are not covered by this warranty,
and there is no entitlement to reimbursement from StreamView.

This warranty is specific to the product and can be asserted within the warranty period by any individual
who has legally purchased the device.
9.
The buyer's rights, in accordance with applicable national legislation – i.e., the rights arising from the
purchase contract with the seller and other rights – remain unaffected by this warranty. Unless otherwise
stipulated by national legislation, the buyer's claims are restricted to the provisions outlined in this
guarantee.
10.
StreamView, its subsidiaries, and dealers bear no responsibility for indirect damages and disclaim liability
in the event of data loss during the course of service.

on the device or alternatively via www.tv.myThomson.com.
13.
StreamView reserves the right, in cases where a device submitted for service needs replacement and an
immediate replacement of the same model series is unavailable, to provide an equivalent device. This
replacement may differ in size, colour, shape, model number, and/or performance from the original device.
14.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs associated with the installation and removal of devices at
your premises as part of our quality guarantee. The same applies to the risks and costs associated with
transporting and packaging devices to StreamView, an authorized StreamView dealer, or a service partner
engaged for processing.
15.
StreamView and the authorized dealer or service partner reserve the right to charge examination fees if,
upon inspection of your device, it is determined that there is no valid warranty claim or no fault can be
identified, regardless of the reason.
16.
Costs related to modifications or adjustments required to bring the device into compliance with the
national technical or safety requirements of a country where the device was not purchased but is intended
